A rather modern complex building with offices, 10 small and 2 large court rooms, library and a general assembly meeting room.
Description:
The challenge was to design, install and operate an open building management system (BMS) in order to control the HVAC without technical assistance. The use of the friendly MicroNet view with LNSDDE software and graphics was the successful solution in this case.
HVAC major equipment installed:
- 120 – VAV Boxes
- 12 – AHUs
- 3 – Chillers
- 2 – Boilers
- 10 – Pumps
- 25 – Exhaust Fans
BMS equipment installed:
- 120 – LonMark VAV Controllers
- 30 – MicroNet DCC Controllers
- MicroNet View Software
- Central Station (computer, printers)
